• Assessment tools, questionnaires, and evaluation frameworks

• Educational resources, articles, and databases
• Website design, graphics, logos, and branding
• Software, algorithms, and AI models

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment must be made through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay) before accessing paid services.
• All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
• We reserve the right to modify service pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerPath shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
