Digital Services - No Refunds

CareerPath provides digital educational services including career assessments, counseling sessions, and personalized career guidance reports. Due to the nature of our services, which are delivered instantly or scheduled immediately upon payment confirmation:

Why No Refunds?

• Instant Delivery: Career assessment reports and access credentials are delivered immediately to your registered email upon successful payment.
• Scheduled Services: Counseling sessions are scheduled based on counselor availability and your booking is confirmed instantly.
• Digital Content: Once access is granted to digital materials, reports, or assessment tools, the service has been rendered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Error: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a payment gateway error.
• Service Not Delivered: If you did not receive access to the purchased service within 48 hours and our support team confirms the issue.

To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@careerpath.in within 7 days of your purchase with your transaction details.

Cancellation of Counseling Sessions

If you need to reschedule a counseling session:

• You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time at no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Contact us at support@careerpath.in to reschedule.
